About the firm

Working systems. Proof they work. A Mauritanian-founded technology and consulting firm that builds the workflows, data systems and AI tools organisations run on, and measures whether they work.

What we do

Most organisations that modernise how they operate end up with one of two things: a system that runs but whose effect nobody measures, or an evaluation that measures carefully but leaves nothing running behind it. Our method is to do both in the same piece of work: build the system, stay to run it, and measure, with evaluation-grade methods, whether it changed the decisions and behaviours it was meant to change.

Three practices, one method

Operations Systems. Workflow automation, process digitisation, business applications and systems integration. Typical work: map one workflow, then ship a working first version that the people doing the work actually use.

Data and Decisions. Data platforms and dashboards, monitoring and evaluation and results frameworks, and AI-assisted decision tools with human review designed in. Typical work: an indicator framework and a live dashboard for one programme.

Behaviour and Evidence. Behavioural diagnostics, intervention design, experiments and evaluation. Typical work: a diagnostic of why a policy, programme or service is not producing the expected decisions and behaviours, and a test of what would change that.

Behavioural science also works inside the other two practices. Every system has an adoption problem (will site managers submit the daily report on time, will staff trust the dashboard?), and designing for adoption and measuring it is what makes a build last.

All three practices follow the same method: Map → Build → Measure → Improve.

Founding team

The firm has three founding partners: a technical lead who builds the applications, a partner responsible for networks and new contracts, and Ahmed Beddi, who handles company administration, strategy and planning and supports product and commercial work. The partners will be named here once they agree to it.

Name

The firm's name is provisional and will change once the founders have cleared their final choice.
